Concam Construction LLC feels it is a privilege to work with us, and for our customers, just as we feel we are lucky to have the Subcontractors we do to perform the level of work we require for our customers. Concam Construction prides itself on the quality of work we turn over to our customers and this is done by the team we have assembled.

Becoming a Subcontractor

Requirements

To be part of our team, Subcontractors must have the following requirements to be considered for our projects.

  • Provide a minimum of 5 references for projects completed in the last 24 months speaking to the quality of workmanship and professionalism.
  • Provide 3 material supply references to attest to accounts being paid in a timely manner.
  • Subcontractors must have and keep liability insurance and when needed, be bondable for jobs that require it.
  • Keep and maintain proper licensing when applicable to certain trades.
  • Subcontractors must live within 2 hours of the project to be eligible.
